Questions
Who counts as a member?
Everyone in the workspace except guests. The count follows your members automatically: people who join or leave are prorated.
Do agents cost extra?
No. An agent connects with a member’s token and acts as that person. MCP calls aren’t counted or limited on any plan.
What is an AI action?
One call to the built-in AI: a Nova answer, writing a brief or a spec, a Pulse, a Brainstorm message, AI triage, a weekly update or release notes. Reading pictures in spec sources counts per batch of 6 pictures or 10 PDF pages. Estimates, sprint plans, forecasts, the risk radar and standups are computed and never count, and neither do MCP calls. With your own OpenAI key under Integrations there is no limit, on every plan.
Is Nova on the Free plan?
Yes. Nova, the AI teammate, is on every plan and works with the rights of the person asking; each answer is one AI action. Reading the code of a project’s repositories and turning conversations into plans come with Pro.
How does VAT work?
Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge; tax is calculated at checkout.
Can I try Business?
Yes, for 14 days, for workspaces that never had a subscription. Start the trial in Workspace settings → Plan & billing.
What happens if we downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. What goes beyond the plan’s limits stays readable until the workspace fits again. What a paid feature already made stays editable; only creating more is refused.
How do I cancel?
In Workspace settings → Plan & billing. The subscription ends at the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume it until then.
