A live timer on every ticket
Start a clock on a ticket from the header or the ticket. Pause, move it to another ticket, correct the start. Stop and log proposes the tracked time, and you correct it before it is booked. Everyone on the project sees who works on what and since when.
“via AI agent”
An agent that starts its timer over MCP shows up live with a “via AI agent” mark, and its time is booked like anyone else’s. Agent hours become something you can plan, bill and compare, not a mystery.
Timesheets with closed months
Your own time, at most 24 hours per booking, billable or not. Admins close finished months, and from then on nobody can change bookings dated in them, from the app, MCP or the API, until the month is reopened.
Cost centers and budgets
Each cost center has a yearly budget in money or hours. Spent is logged time, planned comes from capacity, and the forecast is both together. At risk from 90 percent, Over budget above 100, with a pace marker for where spending should be today.
Questions
Can people see each other’s hours?
Everyone on a project sees who works live on what. Logged hours of other people are visible to project managers and admins only.
Can we import time from Jira?
Yes. The direct Jira import can bring logged work along as time entries for matched people (Pro and Business).
