Change requests, quoted and decided
A change request is a ticket with a panel on top: requested by, the customer’s reference, a price (or the estimate times the hourly rate) and billable. Approve or reject with a note, and the assignee and watchers are told.
- Approving offers to add the estimate to the budget hours and the price to the budget amount.
- Work that starts before approval shows a warning: the customer has not agreed to pay for it yet.
Budgets per project
Time and materials, fixed price or non-billable, with budget hours, a budget amount, a currency and an hourly rate. Budget burn and other people’s time are visible to project managers only.
Team-only projects
Keep a client’s project visible to its team only, with its tickets, comments, files and reports. Everyone else does not see it in lists, search, MCP or AI answers.
Guests for clients
Invite client stakeholders as guests. Guests are free on every plan; Free includes five.

Prices and budgets are only shown to project managers, admins and management, never to the rest of the team or to guests.
Can we import change requests from Jira?
Yes. CSV and Jira imports turn the types Change, Change request and CR into change requests in customer projects.
