Refactor

# Refactor [module] to [shape] ## IntentRestructure [module] so that [the change it makes easier], without changing what users see. ## Context- Files: [`src/module/`], about [n] lines- Why now: [the feature waiting on it, the bug it keeps causing]- Tests that cover it: [`tests/module.test.ts`, or "none"] ## What to do1. [Extract / merge / rename / move] [what] into [where].2. Update every caller ([how to find them: search for `symbol`]).3. Delete the old [code] once nothing uses it. ## Constraints- Behaviour stays identical: same output, same errors, same performance.- Public names [list] keep working. ## Out of scope- New features and bug fixes found on the way get their own tickets. ## Open questions- [Which callers rely on today's behaviour in ways the tests don't show? Remove it when settled.] ## Acceptance checks- All existing tests pass without changing what they assert- No caller uses the old [code] any more- The bundle or build size does not grow by more than [n]
